Pathetic service and food

I refer to your transaction number 9642. 31 may 18:08 cashier 114 Joyce. A placed an order for 2 chs plz bug chips. I shouldve relized when I got to much change she only ordered 1 off. So without a smile or a hello or repeat an order back we took our slip and we where off to the garage quickly since you don't have bathroom facilities and we were on our way to Kimberleyfrom Johannesburg. At 18:34 we relized she had only ordered one. When I said it shouldve been 2, she just said "sorry" turned around and walked away. We just left. As we got in the car we deceided I will have the burger, my husband the chips. My burger was ice cold, I just put it back in its wrapping. Took the chips out for my husbnd. There was exactly 6 oil dripping raw chips in, it was still frozen inside. Thank you so much for wasting our time and money and for pathetic service!! Never again will we support you since we do travel that way twice a month and always stop there
