Chicken Licken
Very bad service

We went to Chicken licken in rivonia to buy some meals. we went through the driveway. firstly the lady who assisted us Ncediswa ngxekana. Did not take the correct order. we only realised that when we picked up the food. She insisted we go through the driveway again. we refused. She finally took the rest of the orders and we paid.. We get back to the office. we find that 4 meals are missing that were paid for. we called head office. spoke to Nomathemba. she was not helpful at all. we were sent from pillar to post. Ncediswa was extremely rude. All we wanted now was a solution to this. we were told, theres no car or drivers who could bring the rest of the meals. this is not the first time this is happening. Rivonia has a habit of doing thios and the staff are extremely unproffesional. i have never gotten such bad service in my life. This is revolting. Chicken licken is a brand. I didnt expect this from them . some feedback would be appreciated. thanks. Busi peega
