Forgotten chips in order and a MAGGOT in burger!

I cannot explain how disgusted I am! I ordered 3 burgers and a large chips - not only did I not receive the large chips but there's a maggot in my burger! Disgusting! I have the pictures to prove this as well. Imagine if I had eaten it!!!
