Disgusting experience at Ninos Moses Mabhida

My family and I went to Ninos at Moses Mabhida Stadium yesterday. What appalling service!!
We wanted to sit at an outer table to watch our kids play. We stood at the perimeter of the restaurant waiting to catch a waiter's attention. They saw me flagging them but just ignored me. The table that we seated ourselves at was dirty and still had used cutlery and dirty glasses on it and the waiters were more interested in chatting to eachother than doing their jobs. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I got up and went and asked them to bring me menus and to clean the table. They used a DIRTY cloth to wipe the table and the menu's were so grubby and disgusting they were literally falling apart. I did not want to touch them. The drinks and food took about 40 minutes to arrive. The one milkshake we ordered had a piece of hard yellow plastic in it, about the size of my pinky nail. With standards like this in the front of the shop I shudder to think about the hygiene (or lack thereof) that is found in the kitchen.
There was not a manager in sight. The standards at this Ninos are non-existent compared to other branches I have visited and I will never go back to this one.
