What a bad experience

When ordering food at the Ninos today, we were not told that anything was out of stock when we sat down. It is only good conduct to inform your customer when you are out of stock of something, especially when it is a special. Anyway myself and my partner ordered a tramezzini with a Milo for R10 extra. We were told in such a rude way that there was none left. There were other specials on for R10 as well so I asked if we could get that as a substitute, and yet again a rude answer. Then I ordered an ice tea and when I got it the top was filthy. How can you bring a dirty can to a customer?? Then I tried to connect to their WiFi which didn't work, to write a report on hello peter, and when I asked why I could not connect they told me it does not work, but they have signs all over stating they offer free WiFi. This is absolutely disgusting for a ninos franchise! Today they have dragged the Ninos name through the dirt!!!
