NANDO'S DELIVERY SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I phoned in to order lunch at 11.55am, and this was to be delivered to the office.
At 13.00pm, I call them, because no food has arrived... apparently they are on their way.
At 13.10pm, I get a call, but they are in the incorrect building, but yet they have all our contact details on their till slips. He then says that they will come to the correct building, I go and wait for 10 minutes and they don't turn up and it's a 2 minute walk between the buildings... so I get back and call them again, to cancel my order, it's 13.20pm and still no food, that's ridiculous and you don't even get an apology, this kind of service stinks... it's Friday, you know you busy, get more staff to deliver???
