Charged for food I never ordered

On the 31st May 2013 at 13:28, I was said to have placed a telephonic order to nandos benmore, the same nandos I order from on an almost daily basis sometimes even providing my card details so that they just place the order and payment is made. Only this time the receipt apparently reached my office with the food stating that I ordered with a waitress called Thabile and that I work in the IDC building. Kindly note that yhey deliver to me on an almost daily basis and I work for in the fredman towers. Also note that I was writting a performance management exam at a unisa pta campus from 13:30 meaning I'd been in the exam room 15 minutes before this proofing that I'd never placed such an order to be delivered at my work office in Sandton. The delivery guy insisted that I'd placed an order despite the people from my work telling him that it is impossible. A collegue of mine was forced to pay for the food. Does this now mean that just because I order frequently, my name can be abused, are my card details that I sometimes give them to use for payment even safe. Someone needs to fix this pronto
