After a night of bad attitude by, Celina the manager, we ended up in a huge quarrel with her and her staff, all because we gave feedback of our horrible experience that night. I sent Dros head Office a detailed email of how our evening unfolded, with the manager telling me that she's not talking to me when I suggested the food be on the house, her telling us we can do what we want when we told her why we would not leave a tip, she obviously had this attitude since we had already settled our bill, her telling us she's not intimidated by us to name a few.
I got a telephonic response from Francois, from the Head Office, the next day. Attie the owner then sent an email days later condoning Celina's behaviour and only apologising for the wrong food we were served, with his/her last statement being "we would like to put this matter behind us and hope you can do the same". Francois said he would investigate the matter further and I'm still waiting for his response over a month later.

Not only does Celina have an incredibly bad attitude but she's also invincible as her boss condones her behaviour towards his loyal customers.
