WRONG ORDERS!!!

Been to Steers in Edenmeadow today, after I clearly told them what my order was and I dont want MAYO on my Prince Burger, after its been indicated on the slip THEY STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG, and apart from this the chips on all our 3 orders was made in 1950 and were soaked in oil, it was disgusting to say the least! called and spoke to the store manager Julian at 12:20 today the 30th May and he said he will replace my order. We are less than 1km down the road and its now 14:02, and we are still waiting for our orders to be replaced!
