I made a booking for Friday nite 26 April 2013 for 10 people incl kids, I specifically stated to the gentleman that took the booking that we are two families, but would like to be seated together, we each had the voucher for R170.00, I fully understand the T&C's of the voucher, that is why i called to make sure that it could be possible to be seated together and have the bill seperate in order to use the voucher, My family got there early and we first were greeted telling us we made no booking, my name was spelt wrong, the only thing that could prove was my cell no, the guest were also taken down wrong, Anyways with all that my friends that relocated from PE to whom i have been bragging about Adegas Midrand to was very disappointed and disgutsed with the service at the end, We had our meals, and went to pay and then told that the voucher does not work on split bill after explaining to the guy that took the booking, I am a regular at Adega's and enjoyed the service when Fred was there,
We had the manager and owner coming to me telling me that i must pay the full bill, i was so disgusted with this as no one had their stories straight. Never again to Adega's my last was 26 Apr 13
