Claims the matter has been "resolved"

After 6 Hello Peter reports, complaining of KFC's shocking lack of customer service, customer feedback and terrible delivery service, they have still done nothing.
I was charged a R45 delivery fee (it was meant to be R15)
The delivery guy didn't have change, so I was then charged another R30, on top of having
already waited 2 hrs for my food, and it arriving with the wrong order, not to mention cold as well as
being overcharged on the actual slip as well.
This incident happened in MARCH... They finally attempted to resolve it now, halfway though MAY... and tell me that there is nothing that they can do about the delivery charge or lack of change because it is not on the slip.
Excuse me, what the kind of franchise is this? Their employees take advantage of customers and there's "nothing they can do about it"??? This is a pathetic excuse for an attempt to resolve this issue.
They then responded to this complaint saying that as far as they are concerned the matter has been "resolved" and that without my co-operation there is nothing that they can do...
Before saying this to a customer, perhaps they should ask me what their "customer service" people ACTUALLY said to me. pathetic!!
