After numerous calls to head office for a complaint against your KFC store in Beyers Park and the advertisement of your Double Down, we still havent heard from the store them self nor from head office regarding the Correspondence through post. It doesnt take a month to post something and the strike is over, so why the delay? We haven't supported any of your stores since that day. Because of this pathetic service we receive. And my sister in law also laid a complaint against your store in Farrarmere (Cnr Great North and Mercury), which i can say some staff are rude or the leave items out on an order and then you have to wait, because they messed up. And she too is still waitng for correspondense from you. This really is pathetic Customer Service. You want to keep your customers happy, but this is the lack of service you offer. And you wont even keep us updated or give us any feedback or phone to ask if we received anything??? And a "we're sorry about this" just doesnt cut it anymore.
