On 20 July I took out a new contract with MTN at the MTN store in East Rand mall Boksburg. Part of the offering was a Qhubeka cycling kit. While signing the contract I pointed out to the assistant that I'm illegibly for this kit. He was unaware of this and I had to show him the sales brochure. He confirmed with his manager the process for obtaining this kit and his manager instructed him to order it from head office. No one ever bothered to phone me back with arrangement to pick up the kit. After numerous calls and emails, I'm still nowhere closer to obtaining this kit.
I'm not getting any joy out of the store and they seem to lack the commitment to sort this matter out.
MTN head office is also not able to assist and refer me back to the store. Suggesting I go to the store and then phoning them again so that they can explain to the store how to order the kit.
The store is now changing their story and saying the promotion was only for certain stores and their store was left out.
This promotion was still advertised in the new brochure for August, without any stores specified.
