COMPLETELY DISGUSTED AND SHOCKED BY OWNER ATTITUDE

I purchased a chicken gatsby for R72.50, when we opened it the chicken was raw and chips was re-fried, a gatsby for R72.50 you would atleast expect good quality food, anyways we threw the food away, today I thought I would call the store to let them know, I called and asked the person answering the call for their email address, she asked for whats it for? I said a complaint, she ask what it was about, I explained to her that the gatsby was raw and re-fried chips, she says she cant see the fault if its not infront of her, i told her how dangerous raw chicken is especially now that i am pregnant and she was adamant and didnt wanna hear anything, I asked her if I could speak to the manager she says she is the owner, I told her that I am not satisifed with the way she is handling this and she bluntly says there is nothing she can do... FOR A OWNER TO TELL A CUSTOMER THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO WHEN GIVEN RAW CHICKEN IS COMPLETELY PATHETIC!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED BY THIS LADY ATTITUDE, ITS AS IF SHE THINKS IM LYING, I MEAN RAW CHICKEN IS A BIG DANGER TO ANYONE, I INFORMED HER I WOULD PUT THIS MATTER ON HELLOPETER WHICH SHE RUDELY REPLIES GO AHEAD I DONT CARE HELLOPETER IS THE SAME LIKE FB
