Clot of hair on a piece of chicken!!!

I purchased a Street Wise 5, which was so dry and disgusting. This is the third time of recieving this type of quality from them. But this is not the problem. The last purchase from that KFC we found a clot of hair fried with that chicken, luckily we sat down to eat there. I took the food back to the counter, an arrogant women with the name of Winnie attacked me with a bad attitude. They took the box immediately to the back, and I said I would like to take a picture of the chicken, and she refused. They put new chicken in the box and threw it infront of me, and they thought that I would accept the new chicken from the same batch as the one with the hair on it. I insisted on a refund. The black lady, Winnie, with the arrogant attitude refunded me my money in silver change trying to spite me. I recommend that no one should even bother wasting thier time and money to go to this KFC. I promise its really disgusting. I used to love KFC but I will never touch this dirty places' food again.
