Spur going down the Drain

I recently took my family for a pre Christmas supper to spur in witbank, 10 minutes after sitting down we heard some plates breaking and some rustling going on in the back, what we ended up seeing was the spur manager hitting his waiter in front of a full restaurant and then kicking him out. after speaking to the waiter it turns out that the manager has a history of mistreating and provoking his staff. this was a traumatic experience for my nephew and other kids in the restaurant. how can you guys allow such behaviour, im surely not going to come back to spur for a very long time.

once the fighting stopped all the staff we very displeased and morale was at an all time low. I would like this kind of discrimination or mistreating of staff to stop. In this day and age you as a company cannot allow this to happen.
