McDonalds Cresta is a disgusting hole

On Saturday afternoon my husband, daughter and I visited McDonald's Cresta to simply order some ice-creams and let my daughter play in the Kiddies play area.

It took over 15 minutes to order 2 McFlurries and one ice-cream cone. There were many staff members running around like chickens without heads but only one tillpoint actually processing orders.

When our order finally arrived, there was a short curly hair in mine. DISGUSTING! Furthermore, the kids' play area is an excuse for a playground. It is disgustingly dirty, most of the fixtures are broken or damaged, there were pieces of old food, popped balloons and spilled colddrink all over the floor and no one seemed to care enough or see it fit enough to clean... A fun outing for my daughter was completely ruined.

Needless to say we will never visit McDonald's Cresta again and will certainly make sure all of our friends with children know the sad state of affairs that the play area offers.

What happened to the world-class affiliation to the McDonald's brand? No speedy service, no quality control and certainly no maintaining of the facilities. SAD!
