Very late delivery

The service I got from this store is pathetic. I placed an online order at 18:25, got the confirmation at 18:27. I called customer services an hour later to find out why my pizza hasn't been delivered. They in turn tried to call the store for over an hour to no avail. The driver eventually comes at 20:40 with the pizza, over 2 hours after the fact, claiming that online orders don't usually come to the store or come too late. Granted, we may have gotten the pizza free but I had already jumped in my and driven to the nearest KFC and bought a meal there. I cannot believe the terrible service I received this evening. Highly disappointed.
