Disgusting customer service and staff swore at me

At 8:35 this evening I ordered 2 Plenty for twenty wrapps at you OR tambo branch. After almost 10 minutes the lady finally started making the wrapp and I noticed her putting lettuce on, I then asked her why she was using lettuce not coleslaw, she told me the coleslaw is finished and I must take the lettuce. I told her that I am severely allergic to lettuce. She then told me that its not her problem if its finished, I then asked for my money back. The cashier then came from the back and told me he cannot refund me and I told him that he will as I cannot eat lettuce. He then grabbed the slip from my hand and threw the money accross the counter at me. I asked him for his name that he flatly refused to give me - non of your staff members were willing to give me their names. Another customer was waiting for his food and he also asked them for their names as I was getting very upset. Your cashier flatly ignored me and the other customer. As I walked away I clearly heard him say " Good off" and the other customers response.

This is the most disgusting service I have ever received, staff members that blatantly refuse to give a customer their name and ignore them after treating them l
