Lettuce for R199???

I bought lettuce from Woolworths Brackenhurst Sunday 02 February, I unpacked so i did not check the prices. i was surprised that the bill was R350 for only a few items, but it is Woolworths and they have good quality items and are a bit more expensive so i took my parcels and left as the cashier called the next customer. When i got to my car i checked my slip... and there it is R199 for 1 lettuce??? I went back and the cashier said its not for the lettuce, i asked her to check as i double checked and unpacked everything in the car and the lettuce was the only thing not on the slip, however there is something marked ITEM4071, she then called two other ladies to contemplate how this can be corrected, she then refunded R199 and charged me R14 all on seperate transactions on my debit card. I wonder how many busy moms who dont have time to double check their slips gets ripped off by paying R199 for a lettuce and best of all my money was only refunded today 06 February - 4 days later???
