Poor service

I went in to the store firstly I ordered streetwise two extra piece and the she tilled only street wise two n told me she has already done it, secondly I ordered a krusher and when it came it was liquid I told her and she ignored me and continued helping other people. I persisted and then she helled REFUND put the R15.90 on the counter just like that.what happened to customer is king?
