Fresh pie isn't frozen!

My daughter loves the lemon meringue pie, but the last time she went to Cresta (a couple of months ago), they couldn't serve it because it was still frozen. How come you are paying millions advertising FRESH lemon meringue pie? The visuals are awesome but is it really FRESH?
