Waitng two and a half hours for a delivery

We phoned our order through to steers vryheid at 17.25 this evening, after an hour we phoned to find out where our delivery was and was told they are extremely busy and will get the delivery out in about 20 moinutes. At 19.25 i called again and was told they were extremely busy and only had time now to make our order, 2 hours later!!! We are also customers just like the customers standiing at the counter. Had we stood at the counter, would we have waited 2 and a half hours??? so why is it acceptable for delivery clients to be seond best? We pay just like every other client and we expect the same service as every other client. I would like to know what my order number is and how many clients were actually served after me. It is now 19.45 and still, 6 5 has arrived!!! @athetic service as far as i am concerned.
