Not quite the "i'm loving it" branch to go to!

Good morning. Firstly I have e-mailed mcdonalds twice in the last week and received no response so thought I would try a different channel. The Mcdonalds branch in Bayside has become a place where as a parent you don't want to take your young children! On two occasions in the past month I have taken my two young children there and had to leave. It is unbelievable how many teens are hanging around - both in and outside the store. No one is ordering yet they are allowed to hang around in the store, charging cellphones and it is unbelievable how the girls are in out out the boys bathroom and yet the staff are turning a blind eye. The teens are making use of the emergency exit door which is right next to the kids playroom and the bathrooms are on the other side of the playroom so it is no longer a place a person can sit and watch your kids enjoy themselves anymore! I really think that something needs to be done about this branch. Thank you
