POOR service for my Boys Birthday Party

Good day

This is the second time I am using Hello Peter for McDonalds and for the same reason..

I held my boys 5yh bday party at Brackenfell McDonalds, the morning I got there all excited for his party, when I got there I realised they have not even started preparing the party room, that was 15min before the party had to start, I had to go to the front desk and ask the manager what is going on, she said OH, and they all started doing something to get the party started, well I paid in FULL for POOR service, the party was rushed by the POOR service from the Hostess, the kids did not get everything I PAID for.

I phoned that same day to complain about it, they came back to me and told me how sorryh they are and that they are sending me a Voucher for a happy meal... I MEAN REALLY, I paid almost a R1000 and they want to send me a voucher for a happy meal... well I have not received ANYTHING TILL TODAY... I will never ever use McDonalds in Brackenfell EVER again, and also never recommend my friends to use their party services as it is very unpleasant. the kids don't ask for much, they just want top have fun and play, but the hostess kept rushing things. DISGUSTED..
