Utterly distgusting service and humiliated

Every time I go to the MacDonald in Midrand Church after 00:00, I am told that they are off line and they refuse to take orders. This happened more than 10 times, with my friends aswell. This MacDonald is the closest to the house and we always buy food from them. Nokululeko and he colleague were very mean and they were even laughing when I told them that I am going to complain. They said MacDonald head office will not do anything about the complain. Again I went to MacDonald Woodmead at 5 am and I was told by Bongani the Duty Manager that they are off line and he cant sell us food. He was so disrespecfull and he was not even interested to address my service issue.
