Truly exceptional service

I went to Makro in Woodmead on Sunday morning and couldn't find the product I was looking for. I asked Macdonald to assist me and he made it his mission to find me what I was looking for. After taking a crate down from the shelves, he wasn't able to find me what I wanted, so I thanked him and went on my way. Five minutes later, he came to find me and asked me to come look again. He had taken another crate down and right at the bottom was the product I was looking for. Macdonald told me that I couldn't leave until I had gotten what I came for. Such exceptional service is so truly appreciated and really makes a difference, I hope he receives the recognition he deserves, because of that service, I will definitely go back to Makro.
