Worm in my starters plate

I was taken out for a mother's days to Spur in Fordsburg. I ordered cheesy garlic roll for starters we had eat half of the roll and noticed a piece of "lettuce" moving in the plate when we looked closer we seen it was a piece WORM we called the waiter and showed it to him, he said he would show the manager and took the plate away, when he brought the main course i asked him what did the manager say and he said he will come see us, which never happened. When we were done we asked for the bill and asked him where is the manager he said he will call him, he then took my number and said the manager will call me which never happened to date. I am so disgusted with the whole sitution.
