KFC is improving

We bought a family meal at KFC, Goodwood 28 April 2013 when we arrived home food was not in good state, burnt chicken, dry, hard, cold chips etc. We have laid a complaint. Arnold from KFC has handle our complaint in a very well manner! We have eaten their since this incident and their food has improved to good standards. Thank you for better and improving services!! :)
