Sub standard quality food

Last night I stopped at this KFC to get something to eat, and yet again I get disappointed with KFC, not even the same branches. Is there a reason why we the public have to get, and endure this low quality and bad standard of food? I even asked the lady at the counter, I want a fresh burger and chips... but no, there are no standards.

Got home, I took two bites of my Zinger burger, and placed it back, even my wife tried it and only shook her head. The chicken was hard, old and dry, on a fresh bun. The chips must have been chips made in the morning, as they were also dry and hard. At least the coke was fresh.

Where is KFC's standards? Are we as the public not good enough to receive the quality we pay for so dearly?
There is nothing wrong with my money!!!

I don't want an apology, I want either a refund on the Zinger burger and chips, or a fresh replacement. Like I said, there is and was nothing wrong with my money.
