EXTREMLY BAD SERVICE/SUPPORT

Ok so where to begin,

You guys had this fantastic voucher with Microsoft for R100 of your order.

So I went to the site and followed the link, Clicked on download. Downloaded, and BAM the download did not support my pc great stuff, So i went ahead and searched the internet for one that would work, After about an hour of playing around and updating windows I finally found a working Version, So I started the install,

Now of coarse there was updates whilst installing aswell, Nice you know, so I waited and restarted went back to the website and it said " I am already using IE 10, I mean I just downloaded it://

So I decided why not phone the call center, Phoned them 5 Times, 3 branches as well. no help told me that there were no seniors on the call center, I mean no management at all? So I started this at 4 PM and finally got of the phone at about 8pm... Couldn't help me. The best fact that before I phoned there still ad to be vouchers left because the add only started changing 30min into the phone conversations...

To be honest this was a shocker to me as I have always enjoys your Service/Quality...

Least to say this was the worst service Ive ever had... Period...
