I kindly write to express my utter disgust at the way the service @ Silver Peak Spurs Has gone down. You have waiters that give a not so good service, and when confronted abt this they place the blame on the management.
A one Mr Christopher, who is the "know It all " son of the owner of the shop. I have to say that the way he treats his staff and waiters is totally uncalled for, as he operates with total impunity and he arbitrarily takes decisions that have had a negative impact on the performance of most waiters. only the privileged few get favours.
here we are having a manager who treats black waiters as if they are not human, and he changes the Waiters Commision, cancels shifts for those that he dislikes and surely there is something that should be done about this.

I kindly request that those in the echelons of Power do something about this man before he ruins a good restaurant...
