I have a cousin who is grateful to have a job at Spur Steak Ranch in Rand-Park Ridge. She looks forward to work but at the end of the month she is confused about the very little money she gets as commission.

This month she was told her sales where in the 20 thousand range and just yesterday they had dropped by over 10 thousand. As if that is not enough a penalty is taken of their salary for not selling R100 or more per customer. How can you penalize someone for the actions of another human? You can encourage a customer to buy but you can not force them.

When the waiters ask the operator of his shady dealings he swears and cusses at them instead of addressing them as adults, threatening to fire them.

Can you get good services at a place where the employees are disgruntled?
