Never Again!!!

I would just like to express my disgust with the service i received from Nando Kimpark Centre in Kimberley on the 03/05/2013. The lady (Agnes) who assisted me, has no clue what customer service entails. I've worked in the industry for 8 years and would never recommend her to deal with clients. She was rude, never smiled once and showed no interest in what i wanted to order. My second concern is, the meal i purchased, was to the value of R264.70. I was on my way to Jhb that specific day only to discover in warrenton that the extra-hot full chicken was not present in the bag. I felt deeply angered by this as this was not the first time that this happened. I assure you no franchise will ever be visited by myself, my family nor anyone i come across!!!
