Poor Service

Ordered a quarter chicken and chips, was told will take 5-8min. Other clients buy family meals and full chicken meals, and leave in 8min approximately, 33mins later i receive my meal for one person, no excuses, apologies nothing. The teller rather adds 4 extra rolls for delay... what must I do with 4 extra rolls with a quarter chicken meal that comes with a roll? Called customer care immediatly, still awaiting response or feedback... Poor service indeed. Nextime will rather drive extra 10min to Reservoir Hills than support Springfield Nando's.
