Mugg And Bean
Bad service

Tonight we ate at Mugg & Bean. The service was a joke. The waiter forgot to bring the water ordered with the drinks we ordered. We then ordered veggies with our meals instead of the chips. Instead of advising us that it would be at an additional charge, he brings my plate with the spinach and my husbands with the butternut & tells us they will charge us extra for the veggies. So we tell him we both want our own portion of spinach & butternut. He took some time to bring out 2 side plates with dry unappetizing veggies. We then ask for the glasses of water he forgot with no ice and lemon, he brings glasses with ice & no lemons. At this point the food does not look welcoming, it did not taste great either, the service is pathetic and my husband and I laugh at the pathetic overall experience. That will be our last meal at Mugg & Bean. Rather unfortunate considering I love your desserts, which I did not have as I could not put myself through the torture any longer.
