KFC are becoming the Same as McDs!

I sit in your store and no one can help. First our order gets givin to the wrong person, and then still have to take the food back as its wrong, AGAIN! I have not been to McDs because of bad service, and I am sorry to say that KFC is heading in my "No Go" list.
Training, training and more training needed!

Call center cut me off twice, why have a call center if all they do is say hi, and then cut the call!

Sorry to say that service is only getting worse!
