PAID FULL FOR TRAINING THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE

Firstly, my PA Nicolette, was supposed to get training which we paid for. On the day of training, she phoned their offices as the trainer never pitched. Nobody could tell her what was going on and eventually Zola told her that the trainer was double booked and she cannot train her that day. After about 3 days she got another date for training on the 1st of March after following up daily for a new date.

Now two of our managers have been booked out for training and they were taken out of the field for a whole day which costs us a lot of money only to find out after phoning their offices again, that the trainer is sick and / or not available due to another double booking.

Therefore, they have breached the agreement twice and we still don't have any training. No feedback was given with regards to our last e-mail to them on 18/02/2013 to say that we want our money back.

We don't want any further training from them, especially in Time Management, as it is very clear that they need training in Time Management.

We just want our money back! We paid R 8 500.00 for training that never took place due to their lack of service.
