Staff could not help me I was put through to wrong

I am so disappointed with Nedbank, having banked with them for ever and now in the past month I have now had my second complaint.
Today I needed someone to assist me with my current account and I was put through to either 4 or 5 people and NONE OF THEM COULD HELP ME. I had to tell my "story" to each one. I am beyond angry. I shouted at them and then apologised for shouting at them.
All the team leaders were in a meeting and I left a message for someone to call me before 11h30. It is now after that and of course no one has bothered as why should they I am only a customer.
I lost my cool with them as after telling each one my story I got "I can't help you I will have to put you through to the next person.
What kind of training does Nedbank give their staff if they can't help a customer and that a customer get put through to the wrong department each time! I was told by one of them they receive intensive training - clearly a joke.
Perhaps I should be like Steve and bank with FNB and maybe take this to FACEBOOK - I am not the first person with a Nedbank complaint.
