Shocking Behaviour and Totally Unprofessionalisim

Pralina in Ruimsig kick my mom out of their restaurant on Thursday morning the 2 May 2013 because she asked for an extra piece of bacon with her meal even when she said she was willing to pay for it.
The Owner/Management took her plate and throw it against the wall, swearing at her saying they are not a charity organisation and then asked her to leave!! Absolutely shocking behaviour and totally unprofessional attitute! Definately do not advise anyone to request any changes to their menu. Very big thumbs down and dont recommend the place at all.
My mom has had similiar experiences with them in the past.
HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS!!
