Terrible Service

The service at Wimpy Steeldale is terrible especially on a Saturday morning - I have been there on numerous occasions on a Saturady and had to wait between 15-20 mins before anyone notices you. Understandably the place is very busy on a Saturday morning but I am sure management must be aware of that by now but still nothing is being done to rectify the issue. Eventually when you do get seated, it takes approximately 30 minutes for the food to get to the table and when it does it is cold - by then one is too frustrated to complain - Please could management look into this urgently and rectify the problem ASAP.
