I went to the Bedfordview KFC drive through at about 19h20. I ordered 4 burgers and a streetwise meal. I firstly had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get to the order window. I ordered and did not receive a cash slip. I then had to wait another 30 minutes to get to the collection window and had wait another 10 minutes for my order. There was absolute chaos at this window. The orders were all mixed up and had to wait for it to be sorted out. I have never in my life seen such uncouth behaviour. This is absolutely unacceptable from KFC. I would like to have someone get back to me ASAP. I did call the call centre and they told me the problem was escalated and that I would receive and SMS with a ref no which I never received. and wait bet 24to48hrs for a response VERY DISAPPOINTED KFC. We are such avid KFC supporters.
