I went to Parrots on the 30th of April 2013 at about 12:30 and ordered a Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pie. After 10 minutes, the waitress came back and told me that their Pizza oven is broken. When I complaint to the Manager on Duty, he was offensive and just replied that the oven was repaired the prevbious day, but isnt working now. After 10 min the waitress came back and told me that they are now busy with the Pie. At that stage I was so cross that I told her that I dont want it paid my bill for the coldrink and left. Should one be happy with this type of service?
