Good day.

I have been waiting for feedback on a reversal i requested from Capitec regarding deductions that went off from my bank account on Monday. i contacted the offices (and relevant department) on the same day and was told to send some email.

I am under debt review (Pay Plan Solutions), and Capitec accepted "in good faith" to comply with my debt review process, in doing so sending my counsellor my certificate of balance. On 31st October Power of attorney was submitted for my debt counsellor to stop all debit orders; however, today my debt counsellor informs me that Capitec has decided to cancel all power of attorney's from debt counsellors this past Wednesday!

It is extremely unfair that Capitec has continued to debit my account when the i am protected from such being under debt review. My account with Capitec has been frozen having gone through this process.

I need this money to refunded to me ASAP!
