Im making a claim for my father in law who passed away on the 26/02/2011..and I've submitted all the necessary documentation and now they are telling me that he had this condition before I took out this policy (Nov 2005) therefore I cant claim as Im writing to you my policy(#: 402421365) is still active and my premium's are up to date..All I know is in 2010 the doctor Ian Maart confirmed that the cancer spread ed all over his body and he wont live for long..prior to that I dont have any medical records and now I feel that I'm being punished by Clientele Life and they want me to dig information about my father in law and culturally its not accepted..
