We have done a full investigation into your complaint and allegations of. We found no evidence of such.
We have found that Mrs F Lamour had two policies with clientele. One - Policy number 404700838 in which HG Lamour was the beneficiary, in November 2011 this claim was paid to the Estate Late HG Lamour. We were dealing with an instruction from Mr BG Lamour who had power of attorney to deal with his attorney Mr G Wood. We further found that Mrs F Lamour was the beneficiary on policy 404700847 for the Late HG Lamour. This claim was also finalized in November 2011 to the Estate Late F Lamour. We are not at liberty to disclose any information on these two policies as you are not the beneficiary. We have now found Policy 404944010 which is the IFA policy on which you are the beneficiary. At the time of Mrs F Lamour's death this policy was active, we will therefore be assessing this claim for you. At the time of Mr HG Lamour's death, this policy was not active and therefore afforded no cover for him. Please be advised a claims consultant will be in contact with you shortly.
