No response on my service plan extension

I took my car for a service to Hyundai Menlyn on 25/04/2013 and they told me theres a problem with my service plan, I spoke to my dealer and he did send Liquid Capital the copy of the service plan extension and invoice, I also emailed them the copies on the same day, 26/04/2013 and on 29/04/2013. I spoke to their consultants (Thembeka, Kendal & Vanessa), they all not assisting and not even responding to my emails. I've send them a thousand email without any response. I had to go fetch my car since it was not serviced and it was due for a service on 25/04/2013. This is really frustrating and bad customer service. Each time i ask to speak to their Manager they make up some story that they are in the meeting. Whats frustrating the most is that they do not tell you what is the problem..
