My car has 38900 km on the clock, 3years old

As I meant to take my car for 3years or 45 000km service
due to little amount of38 900 kilometers on car and my car is 3years old and policy expires 15 dec.2013 I can not get authority to get car serviced and i get nil response back from Liquid Capital- Authorization request to owner: JJ Botha 6406065158084.

As I tried to explain to the Lady that you gave me permission to bring the car in for service on 15 January 2014 and that the service plan will be extended to that date and car will be serviced does not matter what the kilometers reading will be at that time.

They could not confirm date and ask me that you send the special extension to me on E-Mail and not telephonically before they can confirm date, because they will need to get authorization first and only the owner can apply for it, or I will have to pay cash for service.
Can you please assist as it was approve telephonically by the supervisor and manager, we need it in writing.

Then send me the info regarding - extension of plan.
