Good day,
On SAturday 9th November just after 1130 am I went into the fourways branch to collect my card. I was in the queue for over 20mins! And it's not even month end. The bank looked like the post office! There was an Indian woman who came out just once to ask what customers were in the queue for (chewing gum) and just moved one lady to the next consultant and disappeared. Other than that there was no one else assisting with directing the customers. The consultants were on average helping 1 customer every 10 minutes. There was no one checking their productivity at all. There was no visible manager, and this is not the first time! Whenever I go to that branch I always almost get a fit! I have complained before, and someone was supposed to tell someone to tell someone to call me back (otherwise know as passing the buck) and that never happened. There service in that bank with all the gloomy consultants is appalling to say the least. And the security guard assisting at the ATMs is the worst idea of all, as he is not trained in anything to do with banking and has the worst people skills and all he does is cause chaos! Kindly, I beg fix this because we cannot be treated like this!
