Branch Manager and consultant would not issue card

My wallet was along with my bank cards. I got a sms that the replacement card was ready for collection. I went to the the O.R. Tambo branch and spoke to the Branch Manager and consultant explaining that I needed to collect my card or increase my profile limit as my debit orders where going to go off the next day. They flat out refused the first time (around 1pm) to change the limit and would not issue the card as the drivers license is had left just expired. Why not conduct the alternate verification process? They requested me to bring a passport, which I drove to jhb to fetch!

The second time (at around 5pm) I spoke to a branch manager with a terrible attitude and consultant again and refused to issue my card as the systems were apparently offline and wouldn't even make any alternate arrangements or increase my limit.

You can deliver the card to my house at your own cost or cancel my account.
